He has been the first elected Bishop of the North American Lutheran Church, since his election in 11 August 2011. He is married to Kristi and they had four children, one of which died aged 6 years old in a car accident. == Ecclesiastical career == Bradosky graduated at the Hamma School of Theology at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and at Indiana University at Indiana, Pennsylvania.〔(John Bradosky Biography and Interview, NALC Documents )〕 He had 32 years of pastoral experience when he was elected the first Bishop of the NALC, having served at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. He was senior pastor of St. John Lutheran Church, in Springfield, Ohio, Trinity Lutheran Church, in Canton, Ohio, and Grace Lutheran Church, in Huntington Beach, California. He was the senior pastor of the Epiphany Lutheran Church, in Dayton, Ohio, when he joined the North American Lutheran Church upon his creation in June 2010. He was appointed General Secretary of the NALC in January 2011.
